What is Reality Gaming?

Reality Gaming enables players to win real money playing their favourite skill-based games. To join, download any of our games and complete the sign up process. Once you’ve chosen your player name and monster, you can compete in all games from one account with a single wallet.

Can I play games with real money?

Yes, you can compete for real money in three exciting game modes. Go head to head with an opponent, highest score wins. Reach the top of the leaderboard in tournaments to win a share of the prize pool. Challenge your friends to a free £1 game. You can also play for free in practice mode to hone your skills.

How can I get started?

Sign up in 5 simple steps to play all of our games. You’ll be asked for your first name, last name, date of birth, email address and mobile number. After you’ve filled out this info, we’ll send you a 4 digit code via SMS. Enter the code to complete the sign up and get started.

What games can I play?

Once you’ve signed up, you can play in all of our exciting, skill-based games. Tap the More Games button at the top right corner of your home screen to see all games. There are currently 5 to choose from: 2048, Hoops, Colour Match, Dimensions and Spaceit. More coming soon…

The games

How do I play Spaceit?

Fly through space and collect points by passing through the gates. See how far you can get without crashing into the meteoroids. Collect power ups to shoot and destroy them. The more gates you pass, the higher your score!

How do I play Colour Match?

Match the colours to the word as quick. Tap ✓for true and x for false. Watch out as the game speeds up. See how many colours you can match before the time runs out. If you get one wrong it’s game over! 

How do I play Hoops?

Flick the ball into the hoop to score. Get a point each time you get the ball through the hoop. Try to score as many as you can before the time runs out. Double your points by getting the ball in without touching the rim. Watch out as the hoop starts to move! 

How do I play 2048?

The game is set in a four by four grid and begins with two tiles either showing a 2 or a 4. Swipe the tiles in the direction you want them to move. Merge the matching tiles to double the number. The more tiles you merge, the higher your score. Try to get a 2048 tile before the time runs out! 

How do I play Dimensions?

Speed through dimensions as fast as you can. As soon as you start your game, a wall starts coming towards you. Tap the shape to rotate and fit through the wall without crashing. Each time you pass through a wall, you enter a new dimension with a new shape. Go even faster by pressing and holding the screen. Get a point for every new dimension you enter. If you crash, the game is over!

Head to Head

How do I play head to head games?

Beat your opponent 1-2-1 to win the prize pool. To enter, tap on the head to head button on your home screen. Select a prize, and pay the respective entry fee. During your game, try to reach the highest score before the time runs out. At the end of the game, the player with the highest score wins.

How am I matched with other players?

We match players with similar skill levels. Skill levels are based on average scores of previous games.

How long does it take to get matched?

The time it takes to get matched in a head to head game varies depending on the number of active players with similar skill levels to you. We search for an opponent for up to 24 hours. If there’s no match within 24 hours, the game will be canceled and your entry fee returned.

What happens if I tie scores with my opponent?

If you and your opponent tie scores, your entry fee will be returned. You can rematch your opponent to compete again.


How do I play tournaments?

Compete against the crowd to win a share of the prize pool! To enter, tap the tournament button on your home screen. Choose a prize pool and pay the entry fee to start. During the game, try to get the highest score before time runs out. You can enter a tournament as many times as you want, each time paying the entry fee. Your highest score will be the one shown on the leaderboard.

What happens if I tie scores with someone?

If you have the same score as someone else on the leaderboard, the corresponding prizes are combined and shared evenly.

Where can I see my latest ranking?

Check out your latest ranking in your recent activity feed.

When does the tournament end and how do I find out the result?

There are two types of tournaments: tournaments that require a set number of entries and tournaments with a set end date. The tournaments with a set number of entries display the number of entries required on the tournament screen. Once all entries have been filled, the tournament ends and the top scorers on the leaderboard win a share of the prize pool. The tournaments with a set end date are open until the date that is displayed on the tournament screen. Once the time is up, the top scorers on the leaderboard win a share of the prize pool. Challenge friends

How can I challenge my friends?

To challenge your friends you need to allow access to your contact list. Once you’ve allowed access, you can directly challenge any of your friends to a game. Choose to challenge them to a £1, £5 or £10 prize pool game, pay the respective entry fee and start your game. During your game try to reach the highest score before the time runs out. At the end of the game, the player with the highest score wins!

How can I challenge other players?

You can challenge other players by tapping on their avatar from the leaderboard and hitting the challenge button. Choose to challenge them to either a £1, £5 or £10 head to head game. During you game try to reach the highest score before the time runs out. At the end of the game, the player with the highest score wins!

How can I challenge a friend to a free game?

If one of your friends hasn’t joined Reality Gaming, you can challenge them to a free £1 game by tapping on the ‘Challenge for Free’ button next to their name. Your friend will receive an SMS with a link to download the game. Once they’ve downloaded and signed up your game awaits. During the game, try to reach the highest score before the time runs out. Highest score wins £1!

What if my challenge is not accepted?

If you challenged a friend or other player, your opponent has 7 days to accept the challenge. If they don’t accept within 7 days, your entry fee will be returned and the game will be canceled.

Practice mode

What is practice mode?

Use practice mode to hone your skills for free. Play online and offline completely ad free.

Can I win real money when I practice?

No, practice mode is your training zone where you can practice as much as you want for free.

Fair play

What’s your approach to fair play?

Our approach is simple: keep the game fair, the competition real and keep the players safe. We want all our players to have fun and enjoy Reality Gaming and are committed to ensuring fair play across all games. We maintain a strict level of fairness and do not tolerate cheating or foul play.

How do you make the game fair?

We are committed to keeping the game fair. We ensure this by matching players with opponents based on their skill level. Players are matched with other players, not by us and we have no vested interest in game outcomes. You also get the same turns and time limits so that no player has more of an advantage than the other.

How do you prevent cheating?

We take cheating very seriously and monitor all customer activity to ensure any suspicious activity is detected. If you think a player is cheating, please contact customer support.


Account protection and security

We are committed to protecting funds with a basic level of protection as defined by the Gambling Commission. In the event that the organisation becomes insolvent and is put into liquidation, all customer funds shall be handled in accordance with UK law and are not otherwise protected.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay in and out of your account whenever you want via Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard or Paypal.

How can I top up my balance?

To top up, tap your balance on the home screen and choose a top up amount or enter a custom amount. Select a payment method, and fill in your details. The minimum you can top up is £10 and the maximum is £500. If your funds haven’t been added to your balance, please try restarting the app. For any other issues, please contact our support team.

How can I withdraw?

To withdraw, tap on your balance and then tap withdraw at the bottom right corner of the top up screen. You can only request withdrawals to the same payment method used to top up, except for Apple Pay, where you can request a withdrawal via wire transfer. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw from your account. For withdrawal amounts under £10 we charge a processing fee of £1.85. We try to process withdrawals within 3-5 working days, however some requests, such as wire transfers, may take longer. If you have any issues, please contact customer support.

Verifying your account

How do I verify my account?

We are required to verify all players’ identity in order to prevent underage or criminal activity. Usually all players are automatically verified via our third party provider Unfortunately, these checks aren’t perfect and we cannot verify 100% of our players. This isn’t the fault of the player, but a limitation of the databases being used. It could also be due to a spelling error or incorrect address. 

If you fail verification, you will receive an in-app message requesting you to verify your account by submitting a photo of a valid form of identification (e.g a passport or drivers licence). Once you’ve submitted your ID please allow at least 72 hours before your account has been verified.

We are required to verify your identity within 72 hours of your first deposit. If you do not submit your ID within this time frame your account will be temporarily suspended. Please note that you are unable to request a withdrawal until your account has been verified. If you are unable to verify your account please contact [email protected]

Why do I need to verify my account?

As part of our compliance with legal and regulatory requirements surrounding customer verification, we are obliged to confirm that all of our players are over 18. In addition, in order to protect our players from criminal or fraudulent activity, we must confirm that players are the genuine owner of the payment method used to deposit and withdraw.


What kind of promotions do you offer?

We offer a variety of promotions. Currently, we are offering up to 100% deposit match on your first top up and up to 50% deposit match on your second.

How can I get a free game?

Depending on how much you top up, we may give you a free game entry. You can also get a free game each time you play 30 real money games.


How does the top up bonus work?

We will match up to £500 of your first deposit. Any top up bonus you are rewarded is unlocked as you play. When you enter a head to head game or tournament, you’ll unlock an amount equivalent to 5% of the game’s entry free from your bonus cash. For example, you’ll unlock £0.50 of your top up bonus when you pay a £10 entry fee. The unlocked bonus then goes straight into your cash balance. We then give players up to 50% top up bonus on their second deposit. Please note that you cannot withdraw your bonus and any remaining bonus will be forfeited if a withdrawal is made and not all bonus has been unlocked. The bonus rewarded depends on the amount deposited.


Connections, networks and devices

We encourage all players to ensure they have a strong internet connection when participating in a real money competition. If you have a bad connection or a weak device, this may affect your game performance.

What is the Complaints and Disputes Procedure?

We love hearing form our customers and always appreciate feedback to help improve our services. Any complaint we receive is taken very seriously and we promise to address any concerns as quickly and efficiently as possible. A full complaints and disputes policy is available upon request.

Who can play?

Real money games are currently available in the UK only, and in order to play any game on our platform you have to be 18 or over.

What if I have an unhealthy relationship with gaming?

We take responsible gaming very seriously. If you think you’ve developed an unhealthy relationship with gaming, there are several steps we advise you to take. All of our games have a self-exclusion feature under settings, where you can choose to self-exclude. We recommend that you visit the Gamble Aware website for more information on gambling. Can I limit my spending?

You can limit your spending whenever you want. In order to do this, go to your Settings > My Account > I want to set a top up limit. Here you can set your own spending limit for a duration of your choice (1 day, 1 week, 1 month). First choose the duration and then enter the maximum amount you wish to spend during this period. Once you have set this, you will not be able to spend anything over your top up limit within your chosen time period. If you wish to remove your limit, please request this in-app and after a 24 hour cooling off period we will email you to confirm the removal of your limit.

What is a time out?

Time-out allows you to voluntarily exclude yourself from the app for a period of time. You can choose between one day, one week, one month, and six weeks. Once the time-out has been implemented, you cannot undo it. However, you can increase the limit if you want.

How can I self-exclude?

You can self-exclude from our services either in app or by contacting customer support. Once your self-exclusion has been confirmed in writing, your account will be closed and your remaining funds returned to you.  Self-exclusion will last a minimum of 6 months and can be up to 5 years. Your account cannot be reactivated in this time and we will monitor any attempts to re-access our services.
